That was days ago. Still, no text, no call, no follow-up. No Bueno! I'm disappointed with her lack of professionalism, but the loss is hers, as I plan to buy a home a year from now. I sent her the information she requested from me in order to help me locate a home for my kids and I. I was very hopeful, but the next morning I received a list of homes posted from a public website called Main Street Renewal. I advised her that I already saw and knew about this website . I advised her that I already had spoken with that company and I was not happy with their communication skills or their customer service. Her advertisement made it seem as if she had an exclusive list that was not posted nor public. Why would I pay you money to send me homes from a public website. After sending her an email about finding another home she then states those are the only ones in the area she knows about. That's definitely not what your advertisement says. I then requested a refund from her through zelle bc she did not provide me any services that are in her advertisement, nor did she walk me through anything. I then look In my emails to find she denied my refund request. I will be contacting my bank Monday morning regarding this and I will not stop until my money is returned. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Still no home or services. I have not heard from her. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER SERVICES. I will also be reporting her to the BBB!
