They are better than a property manager. Their service includes all of the things the property manager would not do (for the same price) and they will buy supplies if I can't make it up, will meet a service person if I am unavailable and respond to any problems while guests are at the cabin and I can't make it. There dedication, service, work ethic and can do attitude is a refreshing change to the entitlement that the property manager showed me in the past and I don't have to worry about the property managers guests using my driveway and electricity without my permission. The several extra's, which she was happy to charge us for, never happened. When I tried to contact the owner, who came out and did the assessment, she took two weeks to call back. Then I asked why the extra's were not done, and she claimed I never asked for them. When I told her I wont be using the service anymore, she overcharged me for the last visit, and never said sorry about not meeting my needs. Terrible service. Terrible owner. Now I am paying 35% less, and the cleaning job is twice as good. Another bonus? They do what you ask, unlike PJ & Associates. I would not recommend PJ's to anybody.
