We walked to the desk and grabbed a pamphlet that was on our side of the counter advertising "upfront pricing". We waited for 5-10 min and no one in the building acknowledged we even walked in so we took the pamphlet and left. As soon as we got all the way to our car I hear a lady saying ma'am I can't let you have that. So I turn around and she had her hand outstretched. I walked up to her and said well how were we supposed to know, no one spoke to us or even asked if we needed help. This lady said I'm sorry and took the pamphlet and went back inside. Not once did she said how can I help you or what did you need assistance with. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I would give a negative star if I could.
