So here I called the office / home of Weber Motors / A Unique health product / Notary Service. it is basically a home that has several business there also. The mother of the family, Brenda, is the notary, she was very polite and welcomed us and thanked us as we went on our way. the cost was 7 dollars to notarize a document with 2 signatures.

About 2 weeks goes by and we got our "corrected tag" and they screwed up the address of the tag, so we wouldn't receive our title in the mail. They are completely in competent!! Never use them! Expect your title transfer to take over a month to get right
