Had time to spare this morning before a wedding so decided to go a get a massage! Found this place and booked a last minute deep tissue the morning of, when all the other massage places didn't have their masseuse in. The massage was good! Long fluid strokes and very smooth transitions. I was hoping she'd spend more time on my back cause the extremities doesn't really do it for me. Seemed a little short after a full 30-40 minutes of everything else but it was good and relaxing. Also wish she didn't talk to me so much but the staff was friendly and super nice!! With a musculature issue I was at the point that I needed relief. Happened to find Jamie's. Nicely set up establishment. Prices are a little high but went with it. Met Jamie who is nice. Explained my issue to her and got started. My constant pain is literally in my upper neck. She didn't touch the area of complaint on the first trip because I was so knotted up around my shoulders and upper back. No problem, I get it. Lick one and attack the next. I was impressed. My upper back felt great but my neck was killing me. I had to wait 4 days for the next appt. hurting the all the while. I even made an appt for my wife hoping to get her some help as well. 4 days later we are off to Jamie's. The wife went first. She explained her issue as it was localized to one specific area. Jamie found some side issues and worked on those. The wife attempted to redirect the focus onto the affected area with no luck. A few minutes before the end of the session Jamie gave my wife's area of interest some minor attention and it was over. My wife has a history with massage and knows the ropes. Pretty much her area of focus was ignored until right at the end. That $65 session did nothing for her except to attempt to get her back for a second. She wouldn't buy it because of the blatant disregard of the masseuse. I worked on her myself after we got home. I'm next and I'm ready because I am hurting and looking to Jamie for help. Don't get me wrong she did a good job on my back but at this point I want relief. Jamie started on my back again. The first time was very painful but this time it didn't hurt for the most part. Here is the kicker. Shortly into the message I stopped Jamie and told her that I need her to work on the right side of my neck just below my skull line. She actually resisted the request so I politely but firmly insisted that she comply. After all it is My $65 not hers. Not until there was about 10 minutes left in the hour session did she even touch my neck. I was not happy about that and almost got up and left but didn't. Jamie obviously knows her stuff but, purposely disregarding and putting off attention to the primary area of issues of a paying customer in order to get them back is out of line. That is exactly the game there. It's about #1 how much can I make off of a customer by stringing them along and #2 what I can do to help you. The focus here is cash flow first not help. Help comes second. She is going to keep you coming back for as long as she can. The second trip was her last opportunity with me. I dont do business like that or with business such as this. If you want your issue to be the primary focus don't go here because it isn't. read more

Great service from Jamie! My first time with the 60 min Ashiatsu service with hot stones included might I add was very relaxing! The room was filled with pleasant aroma and the music soothed my mind. I walked out feeling much better than I came in. This style of massage was different, yet it was very effective as a Swedish and deep tissue massage! For my sons wedding I wanted to get a facial and a massage. I walked in planning to make appointments and was never greeted so I decided to approach a young lady that worked there and yet again I was blown off because someone had an issue around back. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited until someone approached me and I made my appointment. When I returned for my services I was brought to the back and told to change in the bathroom which was one of he nastiest bathrooms I have been in. Brown stuff all over the walls and shower and dead bugs and dirt on the floor. The young lady told me they use the tub and bathroom for spray tans, but it looked like it had never been cleaned beyond the spray tanned tub. My massage was O.K. but it was rushed and nothing like what was advertised. The facial isn't even worth mentioning. For a small town business the customer service should be better, I have no idea how this place is still in business because everyone is inexperienced, unsanitary and unprofessional. There is nothing that makes this building feel or look like a spa it's more of a store that tries to push things on you and get you out of there way as soon as possible. there is no personal relationship with the clients. If this place focused less on trying to sell you stuff and more on educating their employees it would be a start. read more
