Happy Nails Spa. Juan was kinda gruff when spoken to, he appeared to not want to touch my black feet. I think he could have done better on my scrub (dead skin). He clearly didn't want to give me his best Pedi, but All and all it wasn't bad but I've had better. What Juan didn't know is... I'm a GREAT tipper. Oh and he had much attitude when we got the color wrong. I almost got up and left behind that! He won't be touching my feet again. "Juan don't be rude.. the clients are how you get paid." This place is horrible! They are very rude and sloppy and they did horrible nails. My nails chipped the very next day. I called to get some kind of compensation and they laughed and hung up on me. There are too many nail salons to choose from for them to not care about their horrible service and their rude attitudes. They wouldn't give me the color I wanted and got mad when they choose a color for me put it on my nail and then proceeded to get mad when I said I needed my glasses to see. I spend way too much money on my toes and nails to be treated with such disrespect. I will never go back there and there is a better place I just heard about called Koi Nails and Spa read more

I am from out of town and stopped by due to the ratings. Honestly, they did a fairly decent job, no real major complaints besides the $37 pedicure was just, meh, not worth $37. HOWEVER, I just checked my statement online and as you can see it says FORTY cash back. I NEVER agreed to $40 as a damn tip! That is absolutely ridiculous! My total was $86 supposedly. I got SNS nails and a pedicure. I SPECIFICALLY SAID "$106 total, $10 for you (nails) and $10 for her (pedi)". So come to find out you overcharged me on purpose and took an extra $20 to put in your pocket? Wow! Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable that people still think they can get away with that stuff and we, the customers won't notice it. How many others have you stolen money from. The best, most relaxing and dignified pedicure I have ever had! You can definitely see and feel this is under new management/ownership! I have been before, and it was always uncomfortable. I am a large woman, so having a little man work on my feet makes m, at best, uncomfortable. Best service with absolute dignity, ever. Highly recommended, ladies!!! read more

This was my first time here and I was not impressed at all. The lady that did my nails got mad because I would not let her cut my nails, I have an overlay over my own nails, not tips. She then began being very rough, burning me with the little sander thing they use. When I asked her about the color and if it would change because that was not the color I had chosen she began yelling at me. My nails now look like 1980s Lee Press Ons that are too big for my fingers and I have acrylic under them. I wish I could post a pic of how horrible they are. They are very wide and still not the color I chose. When I told the lady at the front desk she acted like she didn't care and walked away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. One of my friends had recommended this place to me and by fair it was probably the worst nail job in Palestine. The people were nice and the place was clean but when it came down to the nails they were chunky and slanted and looked nothin like the reference photo I had given. I made reservations for 4 people on Mother's Day weekend. When we arrived, the place was busy, but within minutes we all were seated in a nice row of comfy chairs. The technicians were very attentive and through. My sensitive big toes didn't hurt, not even once! All of us had a great experience here! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

She said, "Vickey will make you laugh, she's hilarious & she does an incredible job"! So, I called & made an appointment. YAY...I was in luck.....Vickey had an opening. She was exactly how she was described. She is a tiny little thing, sassy, funny & is very accommodating. We had the best time, as I got my "Shellac On" ! I had seen several ladies nails here in Palestine, and they were gorgeous! When asked, they all told me to go to Happy Nails. Boy was I NOT disappointed! My nails are awesome! Brittany gave me a pedicure and a manicure (the best I've ever had). Brittany was very efficient and professional. I recommend Happy Nails to everyone! Men, women, and children. read more
