She did not list the service charge for a particular task on the receipt and charged an enormous amount because she thought I didn't know any better. I have no idea how she is still hired and also how the store owner does not know about this ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. Please avoid and go to another location, the MANAGER IS A SCAMMER AND WILL RIP YOU OFF, I will be complaining to corporate about this franchise and the better business bureau.
