The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - West Long Branch, New Jersey

I myself have worked and managed a UPS Store for over 5 years NEVER HAVE I EVER SEEN A STORE SO improperly managed and the store manager( who failed to disclose her name) act so RUDELY with customers and SCAM people of the charges for a particular service. She did not list the service charge for a particular task on the receipt and charged an enormous amount because she thought I didn't know any better. I have no idea how she is still hired and also how the store owner does not know about this ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR. Please avoid and go to another location, the MANAGER IS A SCAMMER AND WILL RIP YOU OFF, I will be complaining to corporate about this franchise and the better business bureau. read more

I stopped by the UPS store in West Long Branch on September 2nd at 3:45. I was just dropping off some Amazon returns but I was IMPRESSED on how kind, thoughtful, helpful and efficient the young lady behind the counter was. There were a couple of people in front of me who were confused on the shipping, one of them was an elder lady, the attendant was so patient and diligent With them at the same time efficient caring for everyone else. The manager "T" needs to be fired. she charged over $300 for 60 color copies and had the audacity to be super rude to the customers. She couldn't calculate the amount of copies and wanted to overcharge for just printing. I returned the next day to ask for an accurate count of my pages and was met with immense disappointment and frustration. She tried to raise her voice at me as she wanted to hide her lies. I made her count the papers again and the price was $124. Don't go to this store at all costs becuase the apparant "manager" named "T" cannot do math and likes to scream at customers. Also, while trying to get my refund- she made a copy of my ID. This store is SHADY and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. When I asked her why she charged me DOUBLE for the copies- her response was "I am calling the cops as you are harassing me". Someone fire her because this is inappropriate. I have never seen a UPSStore where all the people that work there are so courteous and efficient. Special cudos to Mayson for being so kind and so helpful every time I go there. I requested an Amazon refund and by mistake I checked Whole Foods and Mayson was kind enough to help me by taking my phone and going on Amazon and correcting the error. He is always so helpful and you're lucky to have him as an employee. read more

I just had a package delivered to this location by request of the buyer who wanted to pick it up there. He got notification of delivery along with a Proof of Delivery. When he went to pick it up they said it wasn't there and that he would have to file a claim. This was a $600 guitar that was in a 51" x 21" package so it's not something you can just misplace. If the package had mistakenly been loaded back into a truck it would have shown up in the system again when it was scanned. I think you, as well as I, can figure out what happened to it. read more
