This was unanticipated but TC Upholstery explored all options and ended up re-doing the grommets. Throughout the whole process they were really concerned about our satisfaction with the blinds. The blinds look great and I cannot remember receiving such great customer service. I would recommend Twin City Upholstery hands down!! Pricing was fair and included pick up and drop off. Will, the owner, was very good at keeping us in the loop on his progress on our 2 projects. Really appreciated that included us in decisions all the way along in the project so that we ended up with the details we were seeking. Turned out exactly how I envisioned it. The material frayed and pulled away from the seam so I called and worked with the warranty company and they said it was not covered. SERIOUSLY. Why do we have warranties and then Furniture Manor said I could bring my couch in and they would repair it for 175.00. I cannot move my couch in my jeep. Why can't you come out and repair it it is your crappy couch you sold me. The person I did pay to come out to repair it said this will probably happen again because it was loosely stitched and he said this is totally manufacturer defect and not sewn correctly. So I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Furniture Manor and their crappy warranty company. I thought I was helping a small store I will only go to the big box stores from now on. Very Disappointed in the customer service and standing behind what you sell.
