There is one referee who should be talked to by management for his lack of professionalism and…read moreattitude. This referee has let plays escalate into players getting hurt and slammed into the wall and does not even check on players when they do get hit into the wall or injured. This referee does not care about players safety. I myself was slammed into a wall by a keeper who was out of his box and hit my head in the wall. No foul was given. This referee could care less and just let the keeper restart the play with a kick. This referee has reffed 3 other games where he's not paying attention, talking to the crowd, and just hands out blue cards that don't meet any of the criteria in the policies. This referee also does not explain anything or talk to the players professionally. He is unprofessional and lacks any understanding of the game whatsoever and does not care about player safety. This facility needs to take player safety more seriously and employ referees who are professional and understand the game. As someone who is a referee it's really not difficult to be consistent within the calls, ensure tensions do not escalate, and keep players safe.

Turns out the back massager thing I bought was broken ($49.99 listed on the box) and the gloves I grabbed she already had stashed at her gym ($14.99). Didn't think anything of it since every store ever will give you store credit if you don't have the actual paper receipt. Nope... wife goes to return the gifts for store credit and see if there's anything in there she wants with the 65ish dollars I paid. They give her a gift card with $29.00 on it... called them and apparently if you return anything w/o a receipt the items automatically revert to the LOWEST sale price they've EVER had on that item so #1 the (broken) massager is marked up like crazy and #2 they literally have the items on their floor that show the price point they're currently marked at that particular location. Bought the stuff less than a week ago, main item was broken, zero attempt at customer service... 35 bucks isn't going to ruin anyone but the principal of thing is a killer for me especially considering brick and mortar retail is dying and Big 5 is already fully outclassed by Dicks and wayyy out-convenienced by Amazon. I was in fear of getting hit by the ball like every second I was there. I am not joking ! The only seats there are literally behind the plate and the fields are pretty connected to each other. The snack bar menu looked really good. The bathrooms were clean and had enough toilet paper. The parking could be a little rough. I did have to park pretty far away. Overall, I just think it's a little crowded in the fields are really close together and getting hit by the ball is pretty possible here. Not my favorite sports complex..
