I had an excellent experience with Jan for branding photos. My dental practice is new, and needed some nice, professional photos to show prospective patients the new, modern space that they will be coming to see. Jan captured the space and staff perfectly. She was very helpful when smiles became stiff and robotic, saying very gently to stretch out the face and shoulders then let's try again. She was concerned about lighting constantly and travelled to two locations for us, one of which was outdoors. She was able to lend her opinion about what patients would like to see, capturing the best face of the practice. Best parts: - Price is very reasonable - No BS with a bunch packages, hard selling us stuff or whatever. We met with Jan two weeks after our wedding, reviewed a slideshow and some pictures and she gave us a CD with all of the photos non-watermarked. -At the event, Jan was great at corralling folks for photos and getting everyone in frame. I double-checked the number and then dialed again. This time a woman answered and yelled "Stop Calling Me!" into the phone before hanging up. I triple-checked the number. We had planned for an outdoor wedding and prayed for great weather, with the help of Jan's "Sunshine dance " we had a nice weather, wind only came up once and had partly sunny late afternoon. Jan was wonderful to work with. She photographed a close family get-together where my fiance and I signed our marriage certificate. Jan photographed our wedding in July 2016. She did an amazing job. The pictures look amazing (I have had many compliments on them, and multiple people have commented on how good Jan made us all look!). She really listened to what I wanted in terms of style and made sure that we had all of our "must have" shots. Our ceremony was at the Chapel at Red Rocks, which can be a bit hard to photograph, but the pictures look great. The best part about Jan was how easy she was to work with. She was incredibly efficient: the wedding party took pictures after the ceremony but was still able to make it for most of the cocktail reception. She was also very inconspicuous: when I got the pictures, I was amazed at how many shots there were, because I really didn't remember her being there. Also, our album is gorgeous.
