That means she allowed 4 hours to deep clean our house: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. She didn't even do a decent regular cleaning. Much of the flooring in my bedroom was not vacuumed, baseboards and doors were dirty, the ceiling fan in the master bathroom and many other items throughout the house were never touched. There is a full page list of other unfinished tasks. She said if there was anything I wasn't satisfied with to contact her. My husband and I did just that. She agreed to come back, although she said that wiping down doors was not included with deep cleaning. We needed to reschedule the original re-do appointment (which wasn't really a re-do, since the work wasn't done in the first place) and she said that was not a problem. Since that time, we have tried to contact her by phone and text, but she will not respond to us. Scheduling a second client on the same day you promise to thoroughly clean someone else's house proves to me that you don't care about your work. In addition, we provided the cleaning supplies, towels and a cart for her to take them from room to room, so that her work would be easier. Being helpful made no difference. We are senior citizens with health issues who need help and she knew this. Rather than a thorough job, I would describe what we got more as a cut and run. Not professional, not honorable, and definitely not thorough. UPDATE: SMH. Shame on you.
