USAA certainly did not make things easy, but Mr. Breeland managed to negotiate a recovery that exceeded my expectations. Watching him squeeze additional money out of an insurance company deserves its own honorary sixth star. Beyond his abilities as an attorney, he has assembled an outstanding staff. His office operates seamlessly, everyone communicates with one another, and you can tell there is genuine teamwork behind the scenes. I never felt shuffled from person to person or treated like just another file sitting on someone's desk. His staff was consistently courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Mr. Breeland also possesses something that cannot necessarily be taught in law school: character.
