I think he is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgable, very helpful. He operates a teaching…read morepractice though, and I just prefer to have what I would consider important appointments with the doctor, not his physician assistants. Don't get me wrong for run of the mill stuff I don't care. And if I have to I will wait longer out even a month or so just to be able to see the doctor. But that was not an option. You got whoever was available at that time. So we are with another doctor. But he was a very good doctor.

YIKES!!! Looking for a new doctor!! I had Dr Carro as my family physician for years and years and…read moreup until recently I only had good thoughts about him and his staff. I'm not quite sure what's happened, but the Dr and one of his Nurse Practitioner staff, have decided they are the almighty and won't explain or answer questions. After asking for an explanation for doing a certain procedure, the nurse practitioner told me "That's just the way we do it.". I then have a conversation with Dr Carro and asked him a question, his response was, "I don't have to explain myself to you." In this day and age when insurance companies are telling you to manage and understand your own health issues, it's completely baffling that a doctor or his staff would respond to one of their long-time patients in this manner (or to anyone for that matter)! I usually visit Dr Carro's office once a year. During the many years that I was a patient I can count on one hand the number of times my appointments were actually with the doctor.

I cancelled the appointment ask for refund and they told me they would take care of that. I have called every month after and still haven't received refund. It is now MAY. I am getting ready to file complaint with BBB as well! I wouldn't go here if this is how they take care of people.

I was going to purchase Botox and thermage because it was on sale however when they sent me the…read moreinvoice and I read through the contract and having to give up my right to seek legal compensation if I was unhappy or injured, I did not sign it and I'm getting my money back in ten days But after the fact, I found out that the consultation with the provider would not be with the actual provider from the clinic everything is compartmentalized so there is no accountability and that is a huge red flag so if you are unhappy, too bad, there's nothing you can do about about it. You're locked into a contract and cannot get your money back and can't sue. and you must pay before you walk through the door That is not something I'm interested in doing especially with a laser that you can't find out like for a thermage treatment which is a couple thousand dollars whether they use a tip that has 300 pixels 900 pixels if they use it on one patient or three patient basically you don't know what you're getting until you walk through the door very well could be getting a useless laser tip. so I would probably steer clear of this place for sure on lasers due to the lack of accountability and signing away your legal rights before you even get in the door. It seems that they don't want to answer specific questions with the specific provider. They have somebody highly trained that they're going to give you a consultation with, but that doesn't mean anything about who's going to be seeing you when you walk into the clinic door and how they're trained or what products they are using and what strength in other words what they're selling and what they're using are probably too very different things because they are commissioned to sales people that you're talking to and they don't know anything about what goes on in that clinic but they'll tell you yes to every question you ask. Do yourself a favor save money a little bit longer and go to a actual dermatologist for your skin tightening lasers.
