Called and the person was very rude and not helpful that I had to reschedule. They have all information. Referral, insurance information and all. I had to wait several months for this appointment and when I finally was there, they told me my insurance which is Aetna was not accepted in their practice. They have the information but never had the effort to call me about the situation. They said they had to see the card. Simply running the eligibility in their system would says if it is out of network or not. Just plain incompetency. And when I was about to go out the door, I was called back just to be asked if I want to do self pay. Unbelievable. That front desk clerk have the nerve to ask.

I had two surgeries with Dr. Patel, one of which corrected the work of another Physician. Let's just say I had many issues due to the work of a previous Dr. Not only did he "fix" my left foot, he also did a fabulous job on bunion surgery for my right foot. Dr Patel is a very calm, kind and positive individual. He'll do whatever he can to help you move forward, listening to your needs and ensuring your comfort.

went to this location for an ear pain issue. dr. looked at ear and gave me some medicine. did not…read morework after a week so i made another appt. with another doctor's office, issue was resolved after a couple of days. my issue is with this medical practice. just started on Medicare first of the year so Medicare and supplemental insurance are getting used to each other. so, the first bill came and i saw no insurance activity. i waited for them to figure it out. then another bill came and i noticed bill. was more than last statement. called billing and was informed that the $18.00 extra charge was for late fee rebilling. originally bill was $180.00. so, it looks like a 10% rebilling charge. never had this happen in my life from a medical provider. I will not patronize any business that has to charge extra for rebilling paperwork, because they can't make a living on services or product they provide.
