He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. KW "realtors" have shown me that they're inconsiderate, unprofessional, and incompetent. Pat Hall…read moreis a prime example - she's the third KW "realtor" I've had experiences with - although she's the worst and most incompetent, the others were only marginally better. She sent me an email at 10:01 am saying that she wanted to show my house to one of her clients at 10:30 (29 minutes later)! When I didn't respond, she had the gall to bring her clients anyway, and to march around on my property without my permission for 20 minutes (although I wasn't there, my neighbors were and they were about to call the police when Hall and company finally left). One of Ms. Hall's comments to her "buyers" overheard by my neighbor was: "The reason it's been on the market so long is that it's so hard to arrange showings." Apparently it never occurred to the cretin that many houses in Florida (especially in 55+ communities) are owned by "snowbirds" who have the house on the market but of course do not have showings when they're out of state. That was only the beginning. She contacted me a few days later and said that she had a well qualified buyer who wanted to schedule a showing of our property. I've learned never to turn down a buyer request for a showing, no matter how rude or incompetent their agent is, so we scheduled a showing. You guessed it - she stood us up! No call, no text, absolutely no communication whatsoever - she just never showed! Her " qualified buyers" are to be pitied - she's the listing agent on the house they're trying to sell (at more than 100k less than ours), and after more than 70 days they still haven't come close to an offer. Apparently Ms. Hall treats buyers like she treats sellers. We sold our house a few weeks after the Hall debacle, and the buyer's agent was a pleasure to work with - living proof that there are still some professionals in the real estate business in Florida (they're just not working at KW). If you're a masochist who enjoys having someone treat you like dirt and waste hours of your time, then Pat Hall and her cohorts at KW are definitely for you!
