The…read moreunit was very sluggish and would take forever to load a page saved on the computer, and longer for web sites. It continued to get worse. Face recognition worked when it wanted to (not very often). A finally the power button gave way and pushed inside the device. I forgot to mention that the battery had died several years ago so i had to keep it plugged in to use it. I decided to give The Fix 411 a try before ordering a new unit. Best decision ever. The power switch had a broken solder connection, so that was repaired. They replaced my battery and old hard drive and transferred ALL my files from the old drive to the new one. Did I mention this was all done for less than 1/8th of the cost of my computer when I purchased it 17 years ago, and under 10% of what a comparable device would cost today. Saved $$$$$ thousands by repairing. And the best news is that it runs faster and more efficient than it did when it was new. The Fix has earned all of my tech business.
