I knew Sean would not refer me to someone who didn't trust and both times I've been in there. They have been courteous, efficient, and helpful. The first time, I was looking at almost $100 for a new cell phone battery, but they cleaned the port and worked on the phone a little to try and carry me over since I wasn't able to afford that at that time. Fast forward six weeks and I was still limping along with the phone although it did need the battery. I took it in today and they replaced it while I waited. I noticed they had a very steady stream of customers in and out. Jose waited on me the first time and Nino waited on me this time. Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, and have very good interpersonal skills, I especially noticed today that Nino was dealing with a challenging customer who had limited English, and although I didn't know the entire story, he was firm but very polite with the gentleman the entire time. They also cleaned my phone up and made sure it was shiny and the port was clean when I got it back.

I attempted to install a new iPhone battery myself and I broke a cable and it did not go well. So I took it to my local AT&T store where they swapped out my Sim card so I could use it in my old Samsung phone temporarily and then they referred me to Inspector Gadget in Owensboro Kentucky thank goodness. Inspector Gadget accepted my new battery and replaced it also replaced my screen that was required because I broke a cable trying to install my new battery for only $60 all included. They returned it to me in the mail for the total cost of $66. They were so nice on the phone and so accommodating I could not believe the fast turnaround they received it on Tuesday and I received my new furbished phone on Friday.
