We came in here for no particular reason since neither of us has children, just to browse - maybe for our nieces and nephews as part of the massive 4 hour walking tour that we did at the Beachwood Mall. This place has cute clothing for children. In some cases, probably too cute, since I don't think any school dress codes allow girls to have their shoulders on display. Ridiculous. The dress codes, not the outfits here. Their clothes are moderately priced. I can find stuff for the nephew here easily.

It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

They have awesome daily sales too! Today the door buster I got was buy 1 get 2 free of assorted shirts and pants for my toddler. On top of that, their rewards program can save you even more. She saw us looking at pretty much everything and even considered purchasing a few things. We decided against buying something not only because everything in the store is incredibly over priced but also because the cashier was such a snot! The look on her face looked like we were bothering/inconveniencing her even though it is her job to deal with customers. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to this location when this individual is working, if ever.

I went in the store and not only were the girls at the counter rude and standoffish, but I had to keep asking them how the processes worked because they refused to communicate. After an oddly brief looked through of my items, they claimed that my items were "outdated" and unsellable?? I'm pretty sure 6 months isn't outdated? Plus isn't this a thrift store? It was condescending and an unnecessary thing to say to anyone. even if my clothes had been older than they were. Honesty hire better staff and outline a better procedure for what sellers should expect. But I highly doubt that will happen with this place.
