I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

The sales lady there didn't say hello, or offer to help, so I looked at everything to find the wrap. This shop is for young people. There is a little bit of everything, and now Homecoming dresses were hanging. I liked looking around. The prices were decent. The quality was good. The styles were acceptable. I found several wraps, and chose a dressy one. Glad I looked here.

This Ross has a pretty good inventory if you're on a hunt for women's jeans or household goods. I would say it's the better of local Rosses. Few standouts. The store has a lot of wicker items - shelves, serving trays, and vases. Serving trays are around $10, which seems like a great value. The store also has a lot of good women's clothes. Look at the orange shirt I got! I also got jeans to go along with it spending around $40. The inventory is pretty well stocked and the store is clean. The only areas of chaos are shoe department (not well organized) and beauty (low stock). Other than that, I'm very happy with sufficient parking, good customer service, and all the treasures. Talk about treasures, there's a lot of very cool wall art! That horse is amazing, like Greek inspired! Who would have known Ross would have it!

When you walk in, you're immediately dazzled by the beautiful decor, luxurious vibes and inviting atmosphere. You want to see everything. Whereas you might expect a luxury boutique to carry mostly tiny sizes, I was pleasantly surprised at their range of sizes, styles and prices. Not everything was super expensive, though there were very expensive pieces. Every corner is impeccably curated and filled with beautiful, thoughtful items. Laura of Pembroke is newly on my list of places to visit when I need a gift or want to buy something for myself (you know, for when you get in that mood of just wanting to buy something for yourself). I love that they are in Pinecrest and nestled near other wonderful spots. I bought a beautiful, glitzy necklace from the sale section that I cannot wait to wear. I'll be back!

I agree with prior post. The store agents were nice enough and acted helpful. But the bra fitting…read morewas a joke. She did the measurements but then could not come to an actual size. I guess she did not remember the math. And then they convinced me to order a swim suit (which is why I was there - but apparently one of the only places to get swim suits for large bust sizes doesn't carry them in store if not in season and barely has a selection then. They convinced me to order one knowing that I needed it to be at the store within a week from my order. I made that clear and they said that that should work. Now it is 3 business days later and the order did not even process yet, let alone ship. I shipped to store to expedite it but they did not even process the order for expedited shipping. They do not know what they are doing. They act helpful, but now I am racing around trying to cancel an order and I will be lowering my review and posting to many more sites if I do not get a full refund. When I used the chat on the customer service line, I was given that the order was processed after their cut off time (it was done by 4pm on a friday - 4pm EST at that), they do not process orders on the weekend, and standard shipping is 3-8 business days from there. So anyone working at a store would know all that - yet they still told me it would get there. Then the chat agent said that store operations and corporate operations are separate. Well - your customers do not care they are separate - you give your customers an expectation and then do not deliver a seemless customer experience because store and corp are separate - that is your issue - not the customers. They said they cannot change the shipping rate since its processing. That is BS. Because once it ships you would say the same thing. Finally when I asked to escalate to a manager - the agent said all they can do is put me in a queue requesting a call back, but they cannot give me an estimate on how many DAYS that would take. DAYS. What world are we living in? People are mean, customer service does nothing to serve their customers, everything is expensive yet nothing is worth it and then on top of that, they do not care to do anything to help customers. Only follow their robotic scripts.

Absolutely FABULOUS Mall! I'm a Westsider and booked a hotel…read moreovernight to shop Beachwood Mall for the holidays. WOWZER!!! There are so many unique quality stores. I will come back every holiday season. Nordstrom's holiday decorations were fabulous! Saks Fifth avenue has so many beautiful things and the staff in every store were so friendly! Dillards was amazing. So many quality stores! I'm in love with this mall! Security was present and seen. If you haven't shopped here, please check it out!

I decided to park by Nordstrom instead. I just saw a pic that there was a shooting here back in March of 2018, that's scary. It's rather dead in the shopping center and there's not a lot of cool stores to look at, that's unique. I think the biggest concentration of people would be in the food court area. There's quite a few empty kiosks and stores as well. A sign that shopping centers have dwindled in popularity?
