House was turned over dirty, rotted boards had fallen onto the ground from my roof which was in horrible shape, carpet was stained almost black, they took repairs out of my rent reimbursement for damages caused by the tenant. I had additional repairs that resulted in rot beneath the sink for an ongoing leaks that were not reported resulting from work conducted by Roberts Brothers contractors. It has been mentally and financially draining on all aspects. I suggest you use a different company, use your own contractors and have someone present who represents your interest when doing site inspections. This company and its staff, contractors, and have a real estate lawyer reviews that lease agreement. This group of areincompetent and lack maturity to address their shortcomings. Don't make my mistake.
