I requested a plat and other listings from the agent. Did not receive them. Again, I gave him my email address. I again did not receive these materials. A month later, me and my spouse went to a open house and the salesman was there. He smirked and asked if I received the info. I said I did not and he laughed and said isn't it funny how things get lost. I asked for a quote on building a house. I called his office the day before and received a quote, I asked him for a quote again and it was double. He said that I couldn't afford to build. I had enough money in the bank to buy or build. I wonder how many Blacks or Latinos have been refused service. Don't patronize this bigoted real estate company!
