Saw a vehicle online at one price and visited with a…read moresalesman in my town from another Janssen dealership that I have purchased multiple vehicles from to contact this dealership to get the vehicle I was interested in transported to the local store. Well the vehicle all of the sudden and mysteriously went in to the shop and has taken multiple days to "repair" and now the listed price jumped by $1000. Seems to be some business ethics missing from this place.

It's been over a month and still no title, just the run around. This is some shady business. They also refuse to take the truck back and refund us, meanwhile we can't do anything with the truck without a title.

We managed to hobble in to Kearney driving slowly with all sorts of noises and lights on. Nate at LaQuinta was awesome as well and recommended Conrad's. I called them as soon as they opened and talked to Brandon. He said they could get me right in and even offered a ride from the hotel. Brandon got me in and at 10am, to my amazement, called and said my truck was ready and the bill was only $102. We had been bracing for lots of money and maybe several days delay but Conrad's got us right back on the road and were as nice and pleasant as could be. True testament to Midwestern decency. I could not recommend them any more highly and am eternally grateful.

Took my pick up in there to get worked on first thing they asked me was if I purchased it there…read morethey said I needed one part and that didn't fix it so then they another part and that didn't fix it so then they said I needed a new transfer case and I said I will take it somewhere else. At that point the owner Todd Booth started yelling and using at me and called me names. The other shop I took it to said all it was was a corroded and that a competent mechanic that right away. The shop at Valley auto charge me $3300 for this.

I worked at the Toyota dealership in Wichita and would work emergency breakdowns in all the time. Dodge worked me in when I was out of town with a work truck. WTF Ford!
