After digging up the Line we found the Fence Post was on Top of my Line and Cemented over my Line. There are Pictures and Numerous Witnesses showing this but all of the above mentioned people involved in this Fence Fiasco will take responsibility for this matter and left my Wife and I a hefty $18,000 Repair Bill. It has been 5 Months now with No Resolution. I've taken Ruger to several vet visits over the years, and today was the first time I've ever heard him cry during a blood draw. If getting blood drawn hurts when someone is digging around trying to find a vein on a person, what makes anyone think it doesn't hurt a dog? Watching the needle being moved around while trying to find a vein was hard to watch, and it honestly made me question the technique that was being used. Worst of all, there wasn't even an apology or any comfort given to my dog from her part. The veterinarian, Jenny Ponce Hernandez, also didn't introduce herself when she walked in. I actually had to ask who she was. She didn't come across as confident, and that didn't give me much reassurance while my dog was being treated. She also recommended that I spay my German Shepherd before her first heat cycle. I understand vets can have different opinions, but every other veterinarian I've spoken with has recommended waiting until after her first heat so she can fully develop. That recommendation, along with the rest of my experience, just didn't leave me feeling confident. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I came in expecting a simple, routine visit, but I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the care my dog received.
