The grounds are extensive - you could spend hours wandering around. This is a great spot for individuals, couples, or families. Picnics are also welcome here! If you're in Geneva and don't stop by the gardens at least for a quick stroll, you're missing out. It is easy to get here by bus from the train terminal, and there are other sites nearby like Lake Geneva.
