I promptly received a phone call from Donna explaining their process, pricing, and what to expect. Donna answered all of my questions and we dropped off the tapes the next day. It took about 10 days for them to process all of our tapes, and I was super happy with the results. They put the video files on a thumb drive and gave us repeated warnings that they do not save customer data and that we should back up the thumb drive ASAP. I did these things and then went to work watching my movies. I'm so thankful that this service exists. These tapes and the memories on them mean so much to me. Several people on the tapes have since passed on and it was such a wonderful blessing to see them alive and well again and most of all, hear their voices again. You can't put a price on that kind of experience.

We started up again to complete the project He disappeared agin, stated he moved to Clearwater, the delays were casing me business but I stayed with him to get this complete. It is a big project. Finally he contacted me again. We worked furiously to get this complete, now he disappeared again. He will not return my emails or phone calls and has set up a new business name in Clearwater and to this day has not responded. I want my hard drive back with all content and my initial payment due to the complete lack of professionalism. He advertises my company on his site , but clearly has not completed the work . I need this in a timely manner as we discussed by September 30. Even with the medical issue it should have been completed by the latest October 30. Do not do business with this guy. very unprofessional. The work that I needed to be done and has not been done affect my international business and he knew this up front.
