I had…read moreone wall (Vinyl Siding) on the north side that was over 40 feet tall with a four sided attached chimney that was even higher. The siding was was black with dirt and some mold. That was no problem at all. He cleaned the wall and all four side of the chimney and the south side of the house over the garage and the garage. Keith couldn't have been nicer . Very personable and professional. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends, family and neighbors. Our tub drain under the house was disconnected and was dumping into our crawl space. Also, our existing plumbing was cast iron and upon further inspection Matt found that it was disintegrating. Although it was OK for the moment we decided that while he was down there to have it replaced with PVC. While I had him here he also replaced the drain under the bathroom sink because it was leaking and he tightened our toilet seat. Matt completed the job thoroughly, providing photos since I couldn't get under the house. He left everything in perfect working order. I found his pricing to be very competitive and affordable. He came out quickly to give a quote and was able to get to us very quickly once I accepted it. He stayed until the job was done and was very communicative from start to finish.
