Since the original roof was still on the house (16 years old!) I decided it was time to replace the entire thing, and have the ceiling fixed. I spent a lot of time researching several different companies that could do the job and finally settled on Lexington Blue, and I was not disappointed! Keith did my original inspection, who was very punctual and a pleasure to have in my home. Keith informed me they would upgrade all my shingles to 30 year higher quality shingle, replace all the vents etc (instead of just taking them off and then putting them back), remove the satellite dish from the previous owner, and fix/paint the ceiling needing repair all for what the insurance quoted, and they would even file the paperwork for me! A few days before my roof was to be replaced, I received a call from Charlie (the project manager) to confirm the dates and times, and he answered any questions I had. The shingles were dropped in my driveway the evening prior to the work to be done, as promised, and the guys were up and at it before I knew it the next day. They worked very hard in the sweltering heat all day to make sure the job was done on time, and we're as polite as could be! When I got home that night everything was cleaned up, and I was touched to see the trash can I had set on the curb to be picked up that morning placed back next to the garage for me. I also received a call from the office manager as a simple FYI that good ol' Keith was promoted to the new project manager and would be my point man from then on. I could not be more pleased. (Congrats Keith! They made an excellent choice!) On the second morning, Eric (the painter) was to come by and check out the ceiling to see what types of tools he needed. He did so and said he'd be back after lunch (around 1) with everything he needed to fix my problem. He called at 12:50 pm to say he was running a bit late and to see if a 1:30 pm arrival time worked for me. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got to work replacing the drywall and painting. I have a large friendly German Shepherd who was unhappy being confined while they were here, and the guys lovingly said it would not bother them at all if he were let out. Eric kept the pup and I updated and had us take a look throughout the several stages of my ceiling repair, and he even went up through the attic to double check there wasn't any mold. When he was finished he cleaned and vacuumed up any mess, thanked me, and went on his way. I am so thankful I went with Lexington Blue! I really felt like part of the family and cannot recommend them enough! What a wonderful local company!!

His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated.
