They took the money from my credit card and won't refund it, saying they're having problems with their supplier and I have to talk to the supplier. The supplier, Teleflora, doesn't even have an order from me or know my name. I'm no part of their politics, and now I'm out $75 and a flower arrangement I needed delivered by the day after tomorrow. Worse still, the guy at Devers treated me like all this was somehow my fault. Edited: Added a star after talking with them for a third (or was it a fourth) time. Ed has agreed to deliver the original arrangement as ordered and honor the price on the website. We'll wait and see how well my gift looks when it arrives.
