We so far have had bud tenders Veronica and Anna, and they were both super nice, helped me and didn't rush me out of there, but did get me my weed and got me in and out of there in a timely manner. The variety of carts is great me and my bf love trying new ones every-time we get paid. The holiday carts were 7$ each while the regular redbuds are 10$, they hit close to if not as hard as mac oil carts but when they're out of the macs these are a great temporary replacement. read more

Worst experience ever!! Their website says that they had something in stock, I ordered it and my husband went to pick it up (I had to make a profile for him). I called beforehand to make sure it was in stock, I called again after I placed it and a girl said yes, it's packaged ip and ready for pickup and turns out, it was not what I ordered and the dude told my husband, oh, we don't have that in stock! WTH!! Never, ever order from this place, it was definitely a bait and switch!! So, how many bad companies do this crap? This particular Jars Cannabis-River Rouge does for sure!!! (My initial review, that I was given a discount for) I visited this dispensary for the first time on Saturday and I can say I am not in the slightest bit disappointed. It started with the woman at the check-in counter (I don't remember her name)whom had a very welcoming personality and made me feel very comfortable for my first time being there. Once I got to the back I was assisted by Alex whom was also was very welcoming and thorough with explaining the layout of the store and products to me. I had a bad experience with another dispensary within close proximity to this one. You can definitely expect to see me again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! UPDATE! After Visiting this place several times. On two separate occasions I bought prepacked 8ths and both times the weight didn't even come close to being eighth. The first time I was in store and was able to get another after they weighed it. The second time I used delivery which REALLY pissed me off. Long story short DONT do delivery and make them weigh whatever you buy in store. read more

they were my favorite store & i came here every week for at least a year. well they started outsourcing their calls or something & the curbside service sucks now. i get put on hold when the parking lot is empty. they do have the best deals so i loved coming here but oh well. i waited an hour in the parking lot my last visit. i called several times with no answer. it's a nice store but if i'm doing a curbside order i don't understand being made to wait so long. you literally just have to check my id, take my money, & bring me my order. so simple it shouldn't take anymore than 20 minutes tops. read more
