The staff is friendly and professional and always seem willing to help. I think my only downside which actually prompted me to finally write the review are two things; * The text messaging system seems to be delayed as I typically won't receive texts about their sales until much later in the day when I cannot make my way to the store because I am at work. If I had a much sooner notice the chances of me being able to make the trip are significantly better. Messages should be delivered by the morning around the start of the day so all customers can take advantage of the great deals. Good for the customer and good for the business. * My second point is actually related to the first, change of store hours. I had not received any kind of information (that I am aware of) through any of my means of communication that open store hours were going to be reduced by 2 hours early throughout the week. Coupled with the fact that I don't get out of work until 6:00 pm it was definitely a bummer when I finally showed up to the store, driving all the way from Corunna just to have to turn around. I missed a REALLY good holiday sale and it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe more transparency would be helpful, for them and for their customer base. Everything said though the business is great, everything said above still applies and I will continue to shop with them for quite a long time coming. I just want to clarify that this isn't meant to be a scathing review, just a customer's opinion.
