Worth the drive. They moved from downtown Frankenmuth to just outside of the north end of town. It is our favorite health store. Friendly and helpful service. Wide selection of healthy products and even some hard to find items. We found our "treasure hunt item" then browsed the store for another 30 minutes. Reasonable prices on quality products. read more

I love this place!! I'm from out of town and found it the last time I was in town. I came back today and was specifically looking for this store. It's in a new location so I couldn't find it. I asked someone in town because I didn't remember the name and they told me where it was. I looked it up in Yelp and the location was off. I called and spoke to Jessica and she gave me directions to the new location in a brand new building. When I walked in she must have heard my voice and asked if I had called. She was very helpful while we were in the store. I love that they have healthy food/drinks and toxic chemical free cosmetics and hygiene supplies. I'm also in love with their bulk section. I wish I had a store like this at home. I love that Jessica said they're trying to be as "zero-waste" as possible. We only have one planet and need to take care of her. read more

It's getting 5 stars for being the only one of it's kind in the area! (this review is from a tourist who canNOT eat the heavy, deathly foods typical of Frankenmuth so we were happy to get hotel snacks here!) and it's also getting 5 stars for this TOURIST TIP: As soon as you walk in, there is a stand selling homemade soap that has AMAZING scents and is stamped with FRANKENMUTH. For $6.00, (it's a large bar), this is the best deal going as a souvenir. I always buy them for my staff when I am in town. read more

What a great unique store! I visited this place twice during our 2 days stay at Frankenmuth and probably needed a third visit to truly make my way through the entire store! So much to look at and browse over! This store has a little of Everything in the holistic/natural way of lifestyle. Loose teas, spices, house wear, pet supplies, groceries, clothing, a huge variety of handmade jewelry such as baltic amber, precious stones and hazel wood. Books on a a number of topics. Clothing, flip-flops and purses. Oils, incense, and sage. Natural medicines and remedies. Just to name a FEW! Phew, I'm not kidding when I say you could spend hours in this store! The employees were about the friendliest I've ever met- offering samples and will to answer any/all questions you may have. Yet, they weren't pushy and just let me be, as I wondered in awe through the store. They ever gave my oldest daughter paper and crayons to color so that mom could window shop uninterrupted. Much appreciated! One of the most unique things I purchased was infused salts. Some ghost pepper and smoked applewood infused salt along with some pink Himalayan. They are sold by the ounce so you can buy as little or as much as you want. They are amazing tasting! I also bought 2 bottles of Gut shots, which they let me try before purchasing. Had they not offered a sample, I doubt I would have bought them. Thanks ladies for that, it's a great product! I'll definitely be back when we turn to Frankenmuth! read more

I love this store. Everyone is so nice. I believe it may be family owned. Tuesdays are 20% off everything in the store. They have a huge selection of spices and seasonings. You can even buy crystallized ginger here which is amazing on baked pears. At a grocery store, it's almost $10, but here you can buy it for a few dollars. It's a good sized store. They even sell organic beef and buffalo hot dogs. read more

This store is just wonderful. The building has original wood floors-old and creaking-makes you feel you're in an old general store. Speaking of that general store feel, everything is natural, spices and ingredients in glass jars and-MOST IMPORTANTLY-staff that treats you in a friendly manner and that has great knowledge. I was in just to look around and now I am hooked on Emu oil. They have quality products and very reasonable prices. I was visiting my family but I hear every 2nd Tuesday of the month are 20% off the entire store. Frankenmuth you are truly lucky to have this jem. Oh, before I forget, the staff member who checked me out even gave me a piece of candy before I left. Great atmosphere and great service. Over the past three weeks, my family and I have visited Frankenmuth twice. Both times, we visited Healthy Habitz probably 4 times during our trips. Every single employee we encountered was phenomenal. Anything you think you'd need for a healthy lifestyle, you'll find here. To be honest, I can't say I've experienced better, more compassionate customer service than I've experienced here. My wife and I were absolutely blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly the people at Healthy Habitz are. They've really become one of the destination locations we've found in Frankenmuth. As far as my experience goes for Healthy Habitz, I have been completely satisfied. The knowledge of the staff is overwhelming. When I first went into Healthy Habitz, in December I was in desperate need of help. I had recently found out that I was allergic to...well EVERYTHING! Soy, dairy, walnuts,wheat eggs and also any outdoor allergy imaginable. Everything that I knew went out the window as what I could eat. As an athlete I was so worried about not getting enough energy while training for my first 5k, and also my calcium levels. At Healthy Habitz, they were eager to help me. Caitlin (whom I believe is the owner), explained that I should try cleansing my liver, this would help with the foods/outdoor allergens that I wasn't as allergic to. (Which was measured when I got allergy tested) She provided me with these liver cleansing pills and also suggested taking a calcium supplement. I was so thankful for there advice! I had recently moved to Arizona, which has different allergens then Michigan. So once again I get allergy tested. As of February I am no longer allergic to milk and walnuts. I truly love supporting their business and anytime that I take a trip back home to Frankenmuth Michigan, I stock up on their products. I am very surprised by negative reviews. One negative about the store I found is their lack of fresh produce. As far as their customer service and knowledge, I really think they are a great health store. read more

This is a great store with great service. They have a good inventory for almost whatever you are trying from the holistic market. The decor is good to. they have the whole rustic hippy thing kind of going on. Yet they carry the latest products and are not weird. They do not claim that praying to some rock will cure you of cancer. its a great place offering the latest holistic stuff that might work for you. A teenage girl behind the counter will never replace a doctor with 8 years of school, a residency and practice. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience here. I felt as though I were being treated like a child and spoken down to as opposed to being educated and informed about the various alternative, homeopathic, and natural remedies they offer there. I will not be supporting this business again in the future, that is how offended I was by the sales service I received. I would however recommend visiting the Herb Haus, which is shortly up the road and offers similar products, a greater variety, and lesser prices (ear candles are .70 cents cheaper!). I am not really a "healthy food person" but my mom has MS and the staff has been very informative whenever I ask questions about natural remedies. They have always been nice and outgoing. When they don't know the answer they are happy to pull out the big book and look it up. They have all the packaged oils and normal stuff plus a large bulk area and groceries.
