The small details, such as vacuuming and washing the car, along with parking it close for pickup, are very helpful. I appreciate that I'm consistently offered tea, coffee, or a biscuit, which makes waiting on site much more pleasant. I always get courteous advice with a smile, and I'm never charged too much or pressured to buy more. I give them five stars.

He contacted Paradise Motors and the owner came to his rescue on his way home from work. Our son has since purchased a new car from here and arranged for it (and his existing car) to be sent to Cairns. There was an mixup and the cars were delayed. The owner hired two cars in Cairns for the entire time they were needed at his own cost. We now plan to buy our next car from Paradise Motors. Well done and thanks Judy

Never go here!! I…read morehave had many bad experiences with numerous cars, services, inquiries and have never, not once been pleased. I have always found it hard to be satisfied with getting my car services or find anyway in my north-east area of Adelaide, not even because I am small, female and blonde. But I regretfully took me car here, booked it in for a service, picked it up and almost keeled over the price and customer experience. After waiting at least 10 minutes in the makeshift "office", due to renovations, I was finally acknowledged by some rude man who's phone call I had clearly interrupted. I was palmed off to some apprentice who didn't speak a lot of English, who gave me my keys and said $700 please. I thought I had misunderstood him, unfortunately not. They had failed to inform me it was a major service and of the things they had done. I stood there in shock, and had to transfer money on my phone from my savings account as I was not prepared for this. I drove slowly home, thinking my whole fortnights pay had just gone to servicing this car. I spilled to my Dad as I got home and he rang and abused them, then my Mum, a renowned letter writer and complainer, tried to make her mark on them too. But to no avail, they completely disregarded what had happened and kept hand balling to different departments for reference. In the end, they are a big company, they got their money and they don't care if you come back, you are only one person. This is only 1 experience, I could share with you many more, but this review probably has some sort of word limit.

I met one on the owners Tuan and it was obvious that he gives friendly caring service. They give free local delivery (conditions apply) and parking is easy. On the shelves are two prices, the rrp and their cheaper price. There are discounted lines everyday and they advertise a saving of up to 70% on scripts. If you're into Xlotto they are an SA Lotteries Agent. Even though it's a small chemist they had nearly everything I was after. I will certainly be back.
