I popped in to see Karen from Stillwell Ford and was greeted with a friendly smile. I explained to Karen what I was looking for and she showed me to the Ford Territory. I had a breif look as I was in a rush and she gave me some information and I left. Karen told me that I could Loan the car over night so a few days later I returned to loan the car over night. A few forms later and I drove off in a car. It was so helpful and non stressful to be able to do this as it gave my wife and I ample time to get a feel for the car. We made a decision to go with another brand purely based on what we needed in a vehicle and this didnt suit our needs. However Karen was so extremely helpful that I would recommend popping in to see her if you are in the Market for a new Ford.

I have bought three cars from this car yard in the past year, all around the same time for myself…read moreand two of my family members, firstly the car appeared to be of good condition, untill it was later found that one of the cars had been in an extreme accident, causing great amounts of damage and had just been patched and resold, the other had a faulty transmission, that i was then later made to pay a further $1000 on this already overpriced car, and the third was a crappy magna for the daughters first car, but the owner, known as Andrew happily sold it to her KNOWING that it was unsafe to drive, and stopped randomly while driving, but when confronted about these issues, the drivers, (us) had caused them. Shotty social skills, he is extremely rude, the cars are of poor quality and they are sold for obnoxious prices. I would suggest going elsewhere when car shopping, don't give this typical con artist your hard earned money! Other workers there are great, the business's only downfall is the owner, known as Andrew, who knows very little to nothing about cars, but will pretend to anyway and always tell you that you are wrong, what happened to customer is always right?? Long story short, horrible experience and would never want to ever meet a man with as horrible people skills as the owner again.

I have always found it hard to be satisfied with getting my car services or find anyway in my north-east area of Adelaide, not even because I am small, female and blonde. But I regretfully took me car here, booked it in for a service, picked it up and almost keeled over the price and customer experience. After waiting at least 10 minutes in the makeshift "office", due to renovations, I was finally acknowledged by some rude man who's phone call I had clearly interrupted. I was palmed off to some apprentice who didn't speak a lot of English, who gave me my keys and said $700 please. I thought I had misunderstood him, unfortunately not. They had failed to inform me it was a major service and of the things they had done. I stood there in shock, and had to transfer money on my phone from my savings account as I was not prepared for this. I drove slowly home, thinking my whole fortnights pay had just gone to servicing this car. I spilled to my Dad as I got home and he rang and abused them, then my Mum, a renowned letter writer and complainer, tried to make her mark on them too. But to no avail, they completely disregarded what had happened and kept hand balling to different departments for reference. In the end, they are a big company, they got their money and they don't care if you come back, you are only one person. This is only 1 experience, I could share with you many more, but this review probably has some sort of word limit.

Great attention to detail regarding vehicle services. They cover everything, as you would…read moreanticipate from a large dealership. The small details, such as vacuuming and washing the car, along with parking it close for pickup, are very helpful. I appreciate that I'm consistently offered tea, coffee, or a biscuit, which makes waiting on site much more pleasant. I always get courteous advice with a smile, and I'm never charged too much or pressured to buy more. I give them five stars.

He contacted Paradise Motors and the owner came to his rescue on his way home from work. Our son has since purchased a new car from here and arranged for it (and his existing car) to be sent to Cairns. There was an mixup and the cars were delayed. The worst customer service we have ever experienced at their used car dealership. We made an…read moreenquiry about a Nissan Pathfinder. We received two phone calls back acknowledging (really, one is enough thanks). When we got there, the car seemed to be ready to be test driven, and we were immediately approached by one of the staff. As we like to just have a good look at a car, and then seek a sales rep to answer any queries, I immediately went up to this chap, and told him we were just looking, and I would grab him =when we needed him. He still seemed that he wanted to "assist" us, so I then Told him, we were ok. We spent 10 or so minutes looking through the car, adjusting seats, looking at the tyres, scratches/stone chips etc. My wife said she liked it, and would like to buy it. We had a Navara to trade. So my wife approached another sales rep (I am lead to believe the manager), and said we would like to take it for a test drive, and we would like the Navara priced for trade in. Well. His comment of "so thats how it is, is it". Then a comment about how I/we upset his staff member???? We are the customer, so don't we have a say in whether we want sales reps hovering around. I mean, it is extremely off putting. My wife told him to shove the car, and we walked away (dont forget. We wanted to buy this car!!!). So we got onto carsales web site, found identical car make/model/tear and amount of kms on the clock for the same price at UNLEY NISSAN! And it was in far better condition. The sales rep Marcus left us alone. We then test drove it, came back and bought it. Conclusion??!! Give Jarvis ford used cars a miss and go to Unley Nissan for 2nd hand vehicles.

Salescreep: Have you considered a bicycle? Unsurprisingly, I noped right out of there after that lovely bit of condescension. A simple "sorry, no" would have sufficed. I suppose I must have been too middle-aged-female-ish for him to want to waste his apparently far-too-important-for-customers energy or time on. Funnily enough, plenty of other used car dealers seem to have suitable cars in my price range. I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere, now and in the future. I do not recommend this dealership. They need some serious attitude adjustment.
