So, after receiving some info via email, I ventured down here to test drive the Ford Fiesta. The salesman David (who originally emailed me) was excellent - the right balance between imparting information without being pushy. In the end, the car spoke for itself and I decided that the Fiesta was the way to go, but I was impressed by the way David 'sold' the car, highlighting the features without doing the 'hard sell'. Delivery was very easy, everything was ready when they estimated it would be, and David answered all my questions whenever I had any. Would definitely recommend this dealership :)

I must say I was impressed with the convenience of this place, especially since it's right in the city on North Terrace. When driving past, you just follow the signs that lead you to a car park around the corner where you leave your car. There was heaps of space so no issues there. You then take the elevator down into the building where their office is located and service was so quick that we were in and out in less than a minute. Perfect!

It was way above what was quoted to me last week for this one day. Wouldn't budge when I pointed it out. Promised the kids a road trip that day and had no time to shop around. I took my car to these guys the other week (mostly because they are walking distance from where I live ATM) and wasn't sure what to expect. I learned from my sisters recent service experience, that if you don't give them a bit of back story/context then they just give it the basic run through and potentially miss important things. I told him how I just wanted to keep it running and that there were lots of little things wrong with it. He told me how much things certain things would cost upfront and did what was needed to be done. Frank seems like a 'no nonsense' kind of a mechanic who relies on trust. Nice guy who I will definitely be taking my car to from now on.

Anyway, whenever something happens to my car I bring it to Pooraka Panel Repairs. Being local and RAA approved helps immensely. I've never had a need to go back to them after a repair, they've always just done a top job with no frills. The guys who run the place are up front and honest. They let you know every step they took to get your car back on the road and make sure you're happy with the repair job before you leave the shop. They really do go that little extra mile and seem like they really do give a damn, and that's what makes all the difference.

The man at the desk wouldn't let me pay either, which I did question him about 3 times! He was lovely and honest! So today I took my car back to be serviced even though he told me it didn't need it, I still felt as though I wanted it done because it had been a while. I went to pick it up and it was ready on time and extremely cheap! Told me what they did, went through everything! Amazing service and amazing guy! I'm extremely nervous when it comes to tradies and mechanics and stuff as I've dealt with some dodgies along the way. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now! Great place!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. My car is running like she's new again, yet she was…read morebuilt in 1996. The motor is as quiet as a mouse, and she no longer gives the occasional shudder when she idles, yet she's idling even lower. The air-conditioning is fixed. Bill even replaced my bulbs and gave the car a clean, and with four kids, it needed a clean. Most importantly, Louca Automotive are honest, they don't pad bills. I highly recommend them.
