Well don't like to leave bad comments to people work, but my experience so disappointing I will take time to write about it . I made a reservation for hot stone massage and scrab. I haven't been there before so I was please at first with the location and interior . It looks very relaxing and welcoming. But then the massage starts and there was nothing pleasant about it. Im not sure if the woman who gave it to me was new. Maybe she was tired , but it was really really bad. It started with the cool temperature if the room, then i got covered with a damp cold thin towel that smelled like chloride. Then the dropping of the stones began . It was dropped on the floor number of times, at there are nothing relaxing about the sound of it. Then the massage specialist decided to pile the stones dropping one on the other next to my face, she was constantly gone getting water, catching stones, talking to other coworkers, so I would say I got more 20 min massage vs an hour. Massage was not professional by any means, it was just sliding hot stones on my skin with minimum pressure . I never thought it was possible to be freezing during hot stone massage. That was a first one for me.
Massage was followed up by scrab ,that i have t admit I would rate 3+ . It was not bad , but far from great either. I didn't like the products there are using there are really cheap.
The part I liked about that please is decor , it has a potential of being a great place if the owners make significant changes in quality of their employees work.
