I was really looking forward to a massage at Jasmine Healing Arts, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I called ahead to book and was told they would "let me know tomorrow" if staffing could accommodate us. I didn't hear back until very late, and the only availability they had was late in the day on Sunday... which didn't work for our weekend snowboarding trip. They tried to make it work, but could only offer one deep tissue and one hot stone massage because of staffing limitations. In the end, it was too inconvenient and confusing to go through with it. For the weekend before Valentine's Day... and prime ski season in Vermont... staffing issues at a massage studio are frustrating and disappointing. read more

I was making it a point to visit each state I could in New England on this recent trip. So I ended up in this town in Vermont for no particular reason other than walk around and see what there was to offer. Being from out of state you kind of go where it says for public parking and just park. Well I had no idea how to work their pay parking machine and kind of was worried I would get a ticket for parking in the public pay lot. Frantic I looked for the nearest business to see if I could get change since the smallest bill I had was a five. Most businesses won't do this for you unless you purchase and item. Luckily for me I stopped in here at Jasmine's and without thinking twice, they gave me change for my five. I can see why people love this place. They are so kind and didn't think twice about helping me out. Thank you, you saved me from getting a ticket. I truly appreciate your kindness. read more

Wow! I cannot even describe how completely blissed out I was yesterday as I left here after my deep tissue massage. Soooo great! I have had massage at a lot of places through the years, and Jasmine is right up there with the best of them! The room was quiet and spacious; the people were gracious and thoughtful and kind; and the massage was so wonderful that I never wanted it to end. Do yourself a favor and go, go, go! p. s. LOVE, Jasmine Spa! The ambiance is so relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. The essential oils are a nice pick me up and so it the hot tea that they offer you. I made an appointment for couples massage, the winter escape package. WOW, felt so good and what a unique package. They start with a nice calming exfoliation, it really aided in waking up my chakra system. Followed by the cocoa butter wrap which was so amazing, felt great and smelled delicious. Then the relaxing hot stone message, this was just what we needed after a long weekend if skiing. Overall the environment was very comfortable and inviting along with the staff and the services that they provided. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be going back!! read more

Wonderful place! I discovered it today as I am new to the area. Erin (the owner) was able to fit me in when I called this morning. The space is lovely. Everyone is warm and helpful when you arrive. I did the winter package. It was amazing! One of the best treatments I've ever had (and I've been to lots of spas). The body butter that I was wrapped in smelled and felt amazing. Absolutely incredible experience for both me and my sister in law! I myself am an esthetician and let me tell you- the facial was out of this world! It starts off with a sage foot bath where you soak for a few minutes to decompress. The facial itself included a foot massage, scalp massage, décolleté massage and lymphatic drainage. AMAZING!! Not to mention the esthetician was warm, friendly, accommodating and made you feel as though you have known her for years. I wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time! read more

I'm just going to go ahead and write a review on how poor the front desk staff is. The massage therapist are great. But be prepared to have your appointment canceled and re booked. Emails from many different people about having to change appointments. And then when you complain they get defensive and say they are new. Def not a professional practice and a lot of the nurses have stated it's "sketchy" to go here lol time to get new front desk staff because clearly your starving for money because you have none. read more

I told the lady I was allergic to peanuts & almonds but almost all the products she had were made with either one. So she skipped most of the treatment but made me pay the same amount of money of the full treatment anyway. Also the location is bad it's impossible to relax with the noises of the construction work and the cars getting out of the parking lot. When it was time to pay she insist on selling me products with peanuts & almond. What a waste of time and money! I recommend you "Green Mountain skin care" instead, they are great and care about you. read more

I decided to treat myself to a facial on my day off. I have had facials all over and am a slight snob over them. When I find a good place I stay put, and I am never leaving Jasmine Day Spa. I got the 75 minute facial, after talking to the facialist she checked out my skin and did a combo of the two different 75 minute facials that they offer. She check in with me the entire time. Everything smelt and felt amazing. I loved the essential oils in everything. They even make their own salt scrubs, and body butters. When my 75 minutes were up, and it was not long enough, I was given a list of everything that was used during my facial. That was awesome. I always feel like I love a product but never know exactly what was used. Turns out the part I loved the most was a combination of two different products. All of which was explained to me afterwards. The space is beautiful, and very clean. Tons of parking, easy to find. I highly recommend. read more
