I looked over the website and found that this could be booked online which was great considering it was around dinner time when I was looking. I found unfortunately I could not book a reservation at the open times listed on the site. However I was able to contact Living Well Massage by email and received a confirmation back from the owner for an alternate time that worked for me. The turn around time on the email was quick, informational and easy to understand. Before the appointment you will receive a confirmation email and a client intake form email which will ask basic information about you like: have you had a massage before, if you have any present or past injuries, and if you have any medical conditions. You are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment to make sure you get the optimal time out of the appointment. The massage therapist will lead you into the room a few minutes before and ask any last minute questions like: are there any specific areas you are looking more attention on, would you like to use essential oils as well, etc. I asked for a full body therapeutic 60 minute massage. I did not ask for any areas to be concentrated on. I was looking for an overall relaxing massage and it exactly what I received I could not be more happy with the overall result. The massage therapist is the owner of Living Well Massage and her first name is Amanda who I found to be very knowledgeable and cared deeply that the conditions were optimal for my relaxation. During the massage she had opened some of the essential oil bottles so the smells could go into the room, and she even used hot stones during part of the massage which felt wonderful. Living Well Massage is located in the same building as a sports therapy business. The waiting area inside is basic with chairs which are comfortable and variety of magazines. Everyone with whom I spoke to was very friendly and genuine. I would recommend wearing comfortable outfit because afterwards you will walk away with feeling happy and relaxed why not be comfy as well? You will probably spend about 70 to 80 minutes there for a 60 minute massage.
