They always return my calls promptly and are helpful. My initial appointment with allergy testing was 5 hours. There was never a time I was just sitting waiting on them or anything. the process and all the extensive background they collected was very very thorough which I appreciated. Last Wednesday Urgent care sent me to the ER for an uncontrollable nose bleed. The ER packed my…read morenose and made an appt for me with Dr. P for first thing Monday morning to have the packing removed. I showed up on time but the office staff we insistent that the $40 co pay had to be paid before I could be seen. When I asked if I could pay it a week from tomorrow or be billed the office manager came out and said no. The signs were posted and without payment I would not be seen. They suggested I return to the ER to have the packing removed. They offered to charge my credit card half the copay for a future visit. I said no. They said they asked the dr and he said without payment I would not be seen. I was in tears. I managed to pay the $40 and by this time it was about 10 mins after 8. I was told to have a seat I would have to be "worked in" since it was past my appt time. The dr removed the packing and looked at my nose said he found a growth and would like to biopsy it in a few weeks and that he prefer I come back to him and not the ER. At the end of the appt I tried to apologize to the dr for the payment issue. He looked me straight in the eye and said "well you know this is a business". During the treatment he was talking about how his new tractor hit his air conditioning unit over the weekend. I was humiliated and embarrassed and in pain. I will not go back to this office or ENT. They were not kind nor compassionate nor understanding.

I had an 8:00am appointment today, and arrived at 7:50am to get the paperwork done before my appointment. The sign on the door said they're open at 7:30am, yet the door was locked. I wasn't let in until after 8. I started filling out my new patient paperwork, and was astonished to find multiple typos. I try to be forgiving of misspellings, but I would hope that a medical professional wouldn't be asking me what my "probloms" are. The woman at the desk called me Eric when she asked me to fill out another form; there was one other woman in the waiting room with me, so I'm pretty sure her name wasn't Eric. When I was brought to my examination room, I was fully expecting a wait, which is fine. An allergy specialist stopped by to schedule an allergy test appointment. Around 9:20, the nurse came in to inform me "Our PA, well she's not our normal one, she's running late and won't be here till 10:00. You can wait until then or come back this afternoon." I had been a patient patient up until this point, but I don't have that kind of time to waste. This is an incredibly unprofessional facility that wasted nearly two hours of my time for nothing.
