This was a zero star experience regarding Dr. ZaZa. I found communication from his office…read moreincomplete and the resulting confusion ended up with my having to reschedule the procedure. After the procedure I found that his office had rescheduled the procedure out of my network costing me much more than if I had been able to have the procedure as originally scheduled. After I received a handwritten bill, I called the phone number on the paperwork. The call went directly to Dr. Zaza. He apparently does not have an established office or office staff except for his sister, who does his scheduling. I expressed my issue with the communication that I received from his office and the fact that he scheduled me at a facility out of network.He became immediately hostile, raised his voice, talked over me and tried to bully me into silence. Basically he told me to stop complaining, pay the bill or he would send me to collections. Additionally, while he did diagnose the issue, he was unable to treat it effectively. His behavior has made it impossible to continue treatment with him and I now have to start all over. Yes you can schedule quickly with this doctor but there is a reason for that...BEWARE!!!
