The job received 4 bids and Hay Residential came in as the second highest bid BUT was the most detailed and was more closely to what we estimated the job would cost. We completely remolded the master bathroom, added new floors to the entire house, fixed a broken plumbing line and replaced the drive through side gate. Jim Hay was very easy to work with and kept us updated with pictures since we don't live in the area. Jim offered cost-cutting ideas and we also contracted with him to do extra work.
