He is a snake in the grass. First of all, he does shotty work. Second of all, he did not bill us for two mowings and then suspended all our services without discussing anything with us. He then sent us a bill with late fees tacked on it. We never received the invoices and he threatened to get paid another way if we do not pay the mowings and the late fees. Jason also tried to do this to us in September asking why we didn't pay a certain amount and then told us he was having issues with his software and apologized. He said he was switching to a new software. Again, we were never billed for a mowing. Screenshots are included. He is a very poor communicator. He said he could not get a hold of us. This is complete crap. Jason has my work & cell numbers, three emails for us and lives down the street from us as well. We are always available. One of the girls I used to work with used him and he came into our work place screaming and threatening her for an outstanding invoice. She threatened to call the cops to make him leave. He also was mowing a property for where I work (real estate company) at and stopped services without explaining or telling us why. I would highly recommend NOT using Jason's LawnService Care. His scamming late charges are $50 per mowing, which he apparently happily tacks on. Nothing like not receiving a bill from him and then he starts to get threatening. Jason gave his services as a donation to a fundraiser. I spent a decent amount of money for the raffle and I was so excited to win this package. I reached out to Jason and we set up a day and time to meet and he never showed. I then called and left multiple messages without ever getting a call back. Over a span of about a month.. I also sent him an email and never heard back. I'm so disappointed. read more

Don't use Jason's LawnService Care LLC at all. They've apparently been scamming people out of money and not keeping up on properties. We've been paying $300 a month for a property maintenance contract and he hasn't mowed or done anything since June. Mind you this contract is good until March of 2024 and it was supposed to include munching, weed control, hedge trimming and mowing along with snow removal and salt in the winter. We also paid $500 for supplies to start fence repairs and he bought 2 posts and a bag of and concrete and didn't do anything. My parents ended up fixing the fence. My parents also have been paying someone else to come now because Jason never showed up. I've been texting for months and he said they will go out and then never do and now he's ghosting me. But they have been glady taking my money. read more

Writing this review actually pains me, because I really like Jason as a person, but he's proven to be very unreliable and not great at communicating. Jason did a clean up service this summer (2022) and the work was well done. Then 48 hours after receiving our invoice he began texting and calling me and being very aggressive and angry that we had not paid our bill on the very first day it was received. I was taken aback by how rude he was and questioned him about his anger and forcefulness. He then shared that he had a different client in which he performed service and they had an outstanding bill and he was having difficulty making payroll. First occurrence of him displaying aggressive/poor communication brought on by someone else. We paid the bill immediately in full and chose to continue service despite his rude behavior. He then was unfortunately in a car accident and could not provide service, but assured me he was staying in business and had (2) crews and that there would be a delay, but he was definitely staying in business and would continue servicing our lawn. Weeks went by with very little communication. Then this past week, (October 17-20, 2022) he texted me every single day promising service either same day or tomorrow. Come Friday, October 21, he has completely stopped communicating. A simple conversation that he needed to push service to another day or that he can not service us any longer would have been fine with me, but repeatedly promising service with no follow through and then completely ghosting me is not great service. really nice friendly guy. So my hopes were high but he is not responsive, often running behind with promises to be there the next day but never shows unless you pester and then stops responding . Billing is unprofessional and chaotic . After the No shows I found an unauthorized random charge on the credit card I had supplied him.
