A buying agent for first-time homebuyers moving to another state wears a lot of hats. We were looking for a home in Maine or New Hampshire, and, for the most part, that was our only starting point. You feel genuinely taken care of and supported through one of the biggest financial decisions most of us will do. A Jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the real estate game. Buying a house in a crazy market is difficult enough. Despite the pandemic, he was able to arrange for numerous private showings, and helped us visit houses in multiple towns in the Greater Boston area. When we found a home we loved, he was able to arrange for the inspection, including specific inspectors for the chimneys and hot tub, as well as arrange for tree removal of some trees that were dangerously close to the house.
