Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. He made our first-time home buying process so easy that I'm still dizzy from how quickly he got me moved into my house. You couldn't ask for a better person to shepherd you through the process. The long of it: Almost seven years prior, in 2013, I had started the process of looking for a home without really understanding the homebuying process. I met Jason serendipitously at a home I was viewing and I immediately took to him because of his sense of humor, honesty, and helpfulness. Jason and I met up a few times in 2013 to view houses, and when I realized that I wasn't ready to buy a home, I tearfully let Jason know I had to get my affairs in order before we continued.
