I wanted to ensure that I setup this venture the right way and paid whatever taxes/fees are necessary so that I wouldn't get in hot water with state or federal regulators later. Terry took his time answering all of my questions and provided the information to me in a way that I could understand. One word of warning. Once you walk into Terry's office he's going to talk your ear off. The stories are going to be entertaining and he'll suck you in with how engaging he is. I trust him. I trust his advice. He's not going to let you do anything that may get you in trouble and that's what I need in an accountant. You'd do well take advantage of his services.
