No courtesy call, no one answers the various phone lines that they have, I would hate to have my representative no show for a court date or procrastinate on filing paperwork,& just the whole job. I don't know what her skills are in the court room, but they failed terribly at customer service. Didn't even have the courtesy to call & reschedule. Maybe she's so busy, she doesn't need any new clients, I don't know. Just beware they are not good with scheduling.
