Tad more involved to do this but all you need to do is follow the bus signs out of the terminal and look for the Aerobus sign once outside the terminal. Tickets are purchased on a machine (cash or credit card) next to the boarding line and is fairly straight forward. Being a value conscious person I was estatic with this option. Due to this delay, I contacted Suntransfers 14 hours in advance to notify them to help obtain a new driver. Their customer service was horrible and told me "we will not be able to locate you a new driver nor will we refund you your money". My credit card had already been charged for the reservation. Their customer service is horrible and their responses are extremely unprofessional. I escalated these issues with management and the refused to support me further. I DO NOT recommend this company. You will be better off using Uber or renting a car.
