Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, preventing us from making our connecting flight to our final destination in Europe. Due to this delay, I contacted Suntransfers 14 hours in advance to notify them to help obtain a new driver. Their customer service was horrible and told me "we will not be able to locate you a new driver nor will we refund you your money". My credit card had already been charged for the reservation. Their customer service is horrible and their responses are extremely unprofessional. I escalated these issues with management and the refused to support me further. I DO NOT recommend this company. You will be better off using Uber or renting a car.

So, the service is very good. As far as I know, they do shuttle services too because i have seen more than once their rep's at the airport, but i normally don't need their service because I order a taxi anytime. Obviously with leaving Europe we had used up all but 25 euros and then at airport driver tells me to go in and get money out of an ATM! Unable to access and use ATM, unable to get 'cash' with credit card from an airport store... eventually taxi driver spoke with another taxi driver who would accept my credit card. HOWEVER, ALL HE DID WAS RUN MY CARD THROUGH FOR 50 EUROS, KEPT 5 EUROS AS A FEE, AND GAVE 45 EUROS TO MY TAXI DRIVER who did give me the change difference from the fare - which I gave back as tip. He was aware I had 25 euros so why not just get the additional 20 euros... why the 50 euros!?! Of course, everything lost in translation and neither driver would/could listen and see that I already had the 25 euros.
