I come to this location very often to get a car wash. I will say the service is usually very good. At times they can be lazy pre soaking your car. There are usually a lot of younger adults or teenagers working here. They typically do a good job. Sometimes can be lazy on the towel drying. Overall I like this location because how close it is for me and they also update it not too long ago. If you don't have the membership, it's definitely worth it. 26$ for two washes a day isn't a bad deal. read more

I have been a loyal Jax customer for years. This location on Richardson Road by far the worst when it comes to cleaning. There's been multiple times after the wash I've immediately gotten out and still seen an insane amount of dirt or dead bugs in the center of my front bumper. First, They claim to want feedback but it can't be submitted through their website unless it's "good" feed back. Believe me I've tried good & bad feed back multiple times, only the good feedback "submits successfully". Clever. I was told that I would get the first TWO months at the promo price of $16.99 (June 8, 2026) I joined. However, I was charged $25.99, the second month on July 8th. Did some lie to me and my husband or was I charged incorrectly? Secondly, 90% of the kids drying the cars are doing a sloppy job but they expect tips (which we always did) It's disappointing because we are trying to support local businesses but JAX (& Jilly) make it hard for us to give them money. Went to two locations to try and get it updated but they don't know how and one told me the only way to get my car washed even though they could see me in their system was to pay for the wash. Just another money maker corporate takeover from Super Car Wash, which felt mom & pop. Jax is notoriously poor and their prices to offered services price it. Paying $25/ month for their base services when it was $14.99/ month with super. It's almost $40/ month for top shelf service here. I like that it's close and convenient for me but they decremented the services for the price I was already paying. On top of it, you always feel obligated to tip the towel persons at the end, even though they're not very thorough. Car will get "clean" however as the run is a bit newer I think. They pack em in though and there isn't much space between vehicles. Initial brush and rinse is a joke however. Sometimes they don't even get to do any of that before you're rolling down the belt. This used to be a reliable automatic car wash. Note: AUTOMATIC. Why are there now attendants that hover over you and guide you through the touchscreen? Then they check in several times about a tip (that the touchscreen itself is saying *not expected*). If I'm tipping, it's in cash and directly to those that do something worth tipping, not the robots washing my car or the extraneous attendant supervising my choices on a touchscreen. Worst car wash ever. Couldn't even wash the snow, which is only frozen water off my car. They said it wasn't possible, even though they're using hot water. Manager has no customer service skills. She told they couldn't get the snow off. I told her a car wash down the street can. She said they're busier than them. I told her you won't be for long. She made me pull through a tight snow covered trail with little to no clearance next to the side of the building. There was another exit, but she wanted to make it difficult. I've been going here for years and the wash is fine for the money, especially the monthly deal. You can't really beat $20 a month unlimited washes. I have one issue with this place and this is an observation over a long period of time--it's never really changed. The people who dry the cars...Dry the car please. It's your job to dry the car. If your towel is soaked? Get a new one. Soaked towels smear the the nice clean windshield we just paid to wash. Also, someone else referenced this with photos, but they never get the bottom of the car. Never. I inevitably always carry a towel, pull over at McDs across the street, and wipe it myself. I wash mine and my wife's cars here. I started when I moved to the commerce area and I have the unlimited plan for my wife and I which are great. I can wash both cars for $20 a month, unlimited. I've never had a bad wash. Free vacuums, towel dry and they leave my car smelling amazing every time. The thing I like the most is the quality of the wash and soap. They aren't stingy with the amount of soap they use to wash your car. I've been to places that hardly use anything. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

I talked to three different employees prior to using this car wash. They all promised me that there will be "no problem" with going through the wash with a bike rack on the back of my vehicle. When I got home, I checked the bike rack, and found that my month-old Yakima rack is now loose and wobbly. I remember when the horizontal spinning brushes got to the rear of the vehicle, there was a strong yank to the right that I felt, so that's likely when it happened. Well I thought I would let them know, so I tried repeatedly to call the business. They do NOT answer the phone. There were plenty of staff running around the place, so I have to assume that they simply didn't want to deal with any issues. Won't be going back! So I normally received car washes 1-2 times during the week at Super Car Wash. There was an incident that changed my experience with them moving forward. This time I went on a Sunday with my 5tly -year-old daughter. When I arrived in the wash area, one of the workers motioned for me to position my vehicle much earlier than the previous worker's motion for me to stop. I was in the process of ending my telephone call and put my car in neutral and Taylor (I found out her name from headquarters) motioned for me to pull up. As I pulled up, it seemed the car slid and then all I heard was extreme yelling from Taylor, PUT YOUR CAR IN PARK! Coming out of neutral, I put my car in park and she asked me to roll down the window. I asked her to calm down and she kept saying put your car in park and obviously my car was in park especially if she had the chance to ask me to roll my window down. At the same time, there was another worker yelling at and she was banging on the back window where my daughter could see. This was unnecessary because it's inappropriate to yell at a customer for any reason. And bang on the window. She definitely looked like an out-of-control maniac to bang on the window with a 5-year-old watching. She was supposed to be working, helping the other customers instead of accusing me of holding up the line. Taylor was the one who asked me to stop and roll down my window only for her to have suds pour into my car. Very mean and hostile towards myself and my 5-year-old daughter. We've all heard in life how normal experiences can escalate out of control and this was a situation that could have been handled differently. I told Taylor that I wasn't going to argue with her and finally she hit the switch as I went through the car wash. I explained to the kind young gentlemen who dries the vehicles and they were very apologetic of their colleagues' behavior. And because they were both very calm. I was able to explain to them that my car has a safety feature and when it detects a threat it will automatically switch to park so sometimes I have to take it out of park and place in neutral. One of the guys said, "Well this is a nice car." And perhaps they said something to Taylor because I learned from Ashley, the kind lady at SuperCar Wash headquarters that she called the owner crying that she made a mistake with a customer. Sounds very insincere, considering I mentioned to her colleagues that I was going to report her behavior to Super Car Wash' corporate office. I recommend Ashley conduct a best practice workshop. And kudos to the young gentlemen who always do a great job joyfully. My suggestion to Taylor and her colleague who demonstrated hostile behavior if you're going to have animosity towards customers who have nice vehicles then perhaps you shouldn't work at a car wash. I had several entry-level positions before and I treated people with kindness. And as a CEO or business owner, I treat people the same, with kindness are respect. I have been an unlimited customer (on and off) for several years. I bought a brand new 2022 Toyota Tundra and after owning it for less than one month, I went to the Pontiac Trail in Walled Lake and purchased an unlimited plan for $21. The day after my car wash, I saw deep swirl-shaped scratches along the front passenger side panel, next to the hood. I called Super Car Wash's headquarters (248) 549-6770 and I spoke with a woman and told her what happened. She said that when they receive these calls, she sends an email to the district manager to call me. I told her that I also want to cancel my membership, for obvious reasons. She put me on hold and after talking to Ryan, the part owner of that location, they said they would cancel my membership minus the $12 cost of the car wash that scratched my truck. I told her that it's shameful that they're charging me to scratch my truck. The district manager, Matt, calls me later and told me to bring the truck to the car wash so he can assess the damage. When I get to the car wash, he looked at the swirl-shaped scratches then continues to walk along the side of the truck (no additional scratches). He then tells me to follow him inside the car wash and tells me that there is no way the car wash is capable of scratching a car. When I questioned him, he said that this is what he tells everyone and people have a misconception that car washes scratch cars. He told me that it could have happened anywhere, which is correct. However, I told him that I have not driven it since his car wash and that I'm certain it wasn't there before the wash. When I questioned if their car washes have EVER scratched cars, he said one time the employee brushed the car with the brushes side up and it scratched the car and another when their car wash broke an antenna and the antenna scratched the car. After I told him that I don't believe him, he said that he'll offer a "complimentary detail" on the scratches, but said since some of the scratches can fit a fingernail, it wouldn't remove them. It's funny how he knows so much about scratches, though his car washes don't scratch vehicles. He continued to be very combative and denied any wrong doing. I told him that it's a brand new truck and the damage was not there just before the car wash and was there just after the car wash. In addition, they are swirl marks, the same motion as the car wash. Facts didn't matter to Matt. He had a script and was sticking to it. Not to mention, Matt has a very confrontational attitude and is not trying to make the customer happy. I'm warning everyone, DO NOT USE SUPER CAR WASH. Mistakes happen, and I'm understanding of that, but when they have a strict protocol to deny responsibility regardless of the evidence, there's a major problem with giving business to a company like that. I have the unlimited $22/mo plan. I use it about 2 times per month, so $11/wash plus $2 tip for each visit. No interior wipes were available. When I entered the wash lane the "manager" left area without brushing down the drivers side of car - when questioned she claimed it was cleaned! Argued with me stating I'm only paying 50 cents per day for their services. And if I have any problems with the quality of the wash I could go through the wash again. After coming out and the final step being the handle towel dry, I waited as an employee finished handling his phone before executing the drying of my vehicle. I get it, we're all busy, but he is working. He didn't climb up on my rear wheels to dry the back of my truck. (Cheaper places have done that for me) I hope it was just a fluke and will be addressed and taken care of next time. Very disappointed with their handling of a damage claim to my vehicle. Been a long time unlimited customer with multiple vehicles on the plan. Went through the car wash and it practically ripped off my rear bumper. The guys were responsive at the car wash, gave me the contact info said they would call. I didn't make a fuss figuring they would just deal with it. They called, asked for pics and estimate said they would review their videos. After reviewing their own videos, they said call the office and I have to file an insurance claim with my insurance??? They said it could not have happened. They have the video going in and coming out!! My insurance people say this is a claim on their insurance. The car was is rude to the insurance people. Say they will not give them info tough luck. I am a regular at this car wash because of location. Arrived today to clean my car. Stopped to vacuum first. Nearly had it done...only 1 section to go and boom the vacuums shut off precisely at 6pm. They could clearly see I was trying to finish my car and didnt even have the courtesy to come out and let me know they were closing or ask if I wanted to run my car through really quick. The hours aren't posted anywhere I can see. I pay the monthly use plan but this really bothered me and I think I'll cancel it. I've only been there a few times and every time I go they never direct me through correctly and my car always run up on that metal thing that your tires supposed to go in because they're not paying attention directing me in. Now I'm guessing this probably could puncture my tire or scrape it up but they don't care, cuz I said something to them about it each time it happened and they looked at me like I'm crazy or something, but I noticed he was directing certain other people through properly I guess I'm not the right race I'm a 63 year old African-American woman. One of my fav car washes. Everything is up to date and the sweepers to clean out your car are strong and actually suck up everything and best part it's free obv if your getting a wash. So I am a long time customer of this place. I buy the books. I like the fact they are close to my work, I can vacuum my car for free and for the most part if you get the right people washing they do a good job (for what I pay) This time around I dealt with a guy and a gal (that hustles) The guy randomly took the brush over my windshield and hood and then the last portion of the bottom of my truck and then dropped his broom in the bucket and walked away! The girl that washed the other side of my truck did what was normally done, the windows of the whole right side and the bottom runner of my truck then ran around to his side and finished what he did not do not able to get the front part of my truck. On the usual, they are pretty through and I rarely drive out of there unhappy. I have never seen this guy and thought maybe he was new.I asked the guy who was drying my truck if he could grab a manager, to my surprise guess who walked up to my truck. Yep half ass! About laughed in his face when I questioned if he was actually managment and he replied yes. I told him about my experience including past and how happy I am normally, and how disappointed I was this time and why and he stood there and argued with me! No apology, not even acknowledgement of what he did. In fact he told me if I was so unhappy I could call and complain... Wait What? TO WHOM??? I would rate it less if I could. They run the cars so close together. There was still soap on the car in front of me after they "dried" her car. I have come out of there several times with my car noticeably dirty. This past weekend the windshield was not clean and I asked for them to clean it. The kid is screaming at me GO GO GO because the cars were so close together it would back them up more. My car did not even look like it was washed. They do not even soap the windows or get a good spray to wash some dirt off before you go into the car wash. 3 people to preclean and 3 to dry and neither got done. I love a clean car! After getting a new lease car in May, I happened to notice the Unlimited Car Wash program at the Super Car Wash on Richardson Road. I had always been pleased with the service and personnel at that location and thought it sounded great. Pay one fee monthly - get a car wash everyday if wanted! I cannot say how totally pleased I am!! My only disappointment is that there are no Super Car Wash locations in Florida. As a snow bird, I will be leaving soon and will really miss the convenience and quality that Bay Pointe Super Car Wash has provided me through this summer. The personnel are all terrific! They are efficient and do a great job - and always smile!! The self vacuums at Bay Pointe Super Car Wash are, hands down, the best I have EVER used - and I get a lot of car washes!!
