Fast and great washes! I have the monthly subscription that makes it well worth the money.

Between myself and my employees, we have six vehicles that we pay $29.95 per month for the best wash for each of them. The manager of Forster came out and said that he will not renew the membership on one of the work trucks because it comes in to their car wash to dirty. We are now going to pull the membership on all six of our vehicles. Also, we are going to let it be known on social media how we were treated as loyal customers. This place had a line so I thought it must be a good one. Sadly even with the 6 employees who "scrub" down and spray in the beginning, and the 3 dryers my vehicle was DIRTY STILL! I paid for the top notch one $15 also tipped at the end. My biggest issue is if your towel boys at the end see how dirty the vehicle still is then why don't they speak up and tell you to go back around. Instead you pull out and get to a store down the road to get out and find out it was a complete waste of money and I will have to once again stop somewhere else. My dad who was with me suggested I go back but the lines were to the road. If anything I would have demanded my money back and go elsewhere, where I can get a quality job done the first time. I would never recommend to any of the family in the area. read more

Scratched my new mercedes. Acted like it wasn't their fault.(because it never is). Car is 2 months old but apparently it's my fault, must have been damaged already. Like I have nothing better to do, when it's blatantly obvious its from the rollers.Insulting. I have taken my cars here a hundred times never had an issue aside from not getting the car clean 100%. It's the only car wash I EVER use because it's around the corner, now it will be the car wash I NEVER use. No call from the owner. Nothing. Being called a liar is the best. DO NOT USE THEM. Unlimited is a SCAM. The guys always push unlimited. They fail to mention that it's an auto-renew charge on your credit card, and that there is an App you have to download to your phone to cancel it. So I chose it in November thinking I would use it. I didn't use it again. Now I found out I've been charged December, January, and February. I work from home, don't drive, and want a refund for 3 months of $30 charges I did not use. read more

I have had the unlimited pass for a while now. Trying to cancel it but not having any luck. The app I have is useless and my email has gone unanswered. Car wash itself is okay, employees are great. Communication skills are horrible in relation to responding to a customer. read more

Excellent workers, good equipment and the monthly passes are a fantastic deal. I love using this car wash and I'd highly recommend them.

It always seems to be hoppin' business wise here, lined up always, like it's the most favorite place around however I believe it's more because of its location really than anything and they do technically wash your car but only really what's visible and still even that though isn't enough to call quality. Always leaves dirt marks like areas weren't scrubbed or washed or water pressure wasn't good enough to just jet it off, or it was entirely ignored in the first place. Wheel wells are done for crap...dryers always seem pleasant and nice however but sometimes you've got these dudes up front all over looking like their miserable and you're not helping that misery much at all by coming in...except obviously the money collector cause those guys always are in cheaper talk your ear off moods with the only intention of getting you to up your purchase. Seeing as they do make money off this I get it in a sense but like lay off after the millionth no thank you, please. Some people aren't capable of getting more, they don't have the cash at all to do it...and no that doesn't mean whip out the credit card...which they always reply to that with, it means no money in the bank in the wallet purse or pockets buddy. Ha. Just very very uhhh....too much! But better than a rude mean ignorant little kid working. Other wash up the road I went to has quite a few of those. Catty little girls...so I'll give them that much. All in all... Good enough for a quick not caring about the overall look or details. I'd come here for day washes on rainy nights where it's not gonna matter if it gets ruined and wasted by washing it but needed it cleaned off and didn't feel like or wasn't able to so myself. read more

I love Forster Brothers. The washes are inexpensive but done well. They even give you wipes to clean the inside of your car, and there are always towel boys after to dry your car (who I always tip!) Definitely my go-to car wash! read more

I went on Sunday and got the ten dollar special. They spent maybe a minute , if that , spraying my car. I had to hit my breaks or I would have hit the guy spraying off the front of my car. My car still had dirt on the trunk and door handles. I normally get a good wash , but , this time not so much. I guess it's just a hit or miss there. The man who sold me the wash and the guys who dried my car rocked so yay them!! read more

Okay, I literally had not washed my car all winter long and probably months before winter set in! Just imagine the filthiest car you have ever seen. Anyway, my poor baby car was very unhappy with me so I went to get him washed! The guys were really nice. They took their time handwashing my car before pushing it on through the automated section, something that most carwashes will skim through or pretend to do. The guy who towel dried my car was smiling before I even reached him, probably laughing at me frantically cleaning the inside of the car with the wet towel they gave me at the beginning... This is always nice, gives me something to do while going through the car wash. He made sure to do a thorough job and asked me to roll up my window so he could wipe the outside of it before I left and he wished me a good day. I will definitely be back in my car will thank me! :-) $7 well spent! I can't vouch for the underbody wash but I'm sure it looks great! :) read more

Canceled my unlimited fast pass and will never run my car through this wash again.  The manager on duty, Andreas, was completely out of line and condescending in his approach with me this morning.  There was a gentleman (I use that term loosley) parked on the curb as you come around to enter the wash.  I sat behind him for a few moments as the cars in front of him entered the wash.  I assumed he was waiting for something so I pulled forward.  Andreas approached me to say "you know you weren't next right?".  I replied with the above statement and his response was "yeah, well he's old".  At that point the "old man" got out of his vehicle to approach my window to yell obescenties at me for cutting the line.  A leader would have approached that situation much differently and I would have been more than happy to back up to let that person in.  I wasn't there today to pull a fast one on someone and I certainly wasn't there today to be trapped in line while treated like garbage from both ends. read more
