I explained to him I had no cash on me & that's why I asked before hand if he took credit cards. After a 5 minute dispute he finally pulled out a very out-of-date credit card machine that simply copies down all of your credit card info via pressing the numbers into a piece of paper - not a secure system at all. But it gets worse... After giving him my card, he yells at me saying my card didn't go through (which I question because he basically wrote down my number, never put it into any electronic system...). I explain to him that my I have over no balance on that card and it has a $15,000 limit - the card works. He asks to copy it again (I'm obviously confused as to why he needs the info again since he already copied it down, but he begins to make a scene and acts in an intimidating/threatening manner, so i comply). As you might expect, my card was double charged and I was encouraged by my credit card company, after explaining the scenario, to get a a completely new account number; which I did. I'm honestly not the type of person that would take the time to bad-mouth a company or complain about service, but I felt it necessary to warn all future customers. Please do not use this shady company. There are plenty of perfectly legit cab companies in the valley, but this is not one of them! My credit card info was charged multiple times and my information was compromised.

We left on an early flight so we needed to leave at 4:30. At 4:20, he sent a text saying he was in the driveway. As others stated, his car was immaculate and the carseat looked like it was brand new. When we landed after our return flight, I had a text telling me he saw we landed early and was already at the airport, to text him when we had our bags and exactly where to meet him. The airport was chaos and he pointed out the long line of cars stacked up on the westbound side and took a different route to get us home. Had no idea that the farm was so close to home…read more We had a great time visiting. We got to see how cows were brought in to get milked which was very enlightening. Then they showed us a video about the farm and facility in Phoenix. We took a tram around the farm, we were in amazed in how many cows they have and how they keep track of them. The was the 100th year for Shamrock Farms and they did a good job showing it off. Because it's Christmas time they had Santa and Mrs. Claus fly in from the South Pole for the kids. All around it was a nice trip out to the farm with the kids.
